Rory worked with Arthur Andersen in Dublin (now part of KPMG) prior to leaving the world of the "Big 4" and returning to the SME Practice sector where he has operated for many years offering a blend of services and advice to his clients.

A founding Director and shareholder of a leading outsourced Payroll Service provider within Ireland prior to its disposal by way of a trade sale.

Rory is a trusted personal and business advisor with over 25 years experience within practice and provides a personalised, value added audit, taxation and financial services to the firms broad owner managed and family business client base and advises clients on key aspects of their development.

Rory is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland, an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor). He also holds an economics degree from University College Dublin.

Rory has also acted as non executive director to a broad range of companies across a number of business sectors.
